Return Policy

Is your purchase not right for you for any reason? We are happy to process returns within the guidelines of our return policy:

Due to the nature of our products, used pillar or container candles cannot be returned. Please contact us for partial refunds, which can be determined depending on the reason for desired return. 

For online orders, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Chrysalis Candle, LLC, within seven (7) days of delivery receipt.

We will accept return of unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less return shipping and handling fees, within 21 days of delivery receipt. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and handling charges. Please email us for further details.
